Lamp cord with switch and Euro plug, black, 1.8 m, set of 3

A worn or too short cord is quickest to fix with a new cord that already has a plug and a switch. This set contains three black cords of 1.8 metres, each with a Euro plug at one end, a rocker switch along the cord and a bare end with two wires at the other end.

Connect the bare end directly to the lamp holder or terminal block of the lamp. That way you give a table lamp, floor lamp or plug-in wall lamp a new cord, or build a lamp of your own.

The cord has no earth wire. Use it for lamps without an earth connection (class II); a metal lamp with an earth terminal needs an earthed cord. If in doubt, have it connected by someone with electrical knowledge.
