No Darkness is a Belgian webshop for lighting for the home and garden, with more than ten thousand products from Lucide, Emibig, Fantasia, Spectrum LED, Nordlux and Trio Lighting, among others. Behind the shop is No Darkness BV. Anyone with a question gets help from Franky, our product specialist.
What do we sell?
Lamps and everything that goes with them: pendant lights, wall lights, ceiling lights, spotlights and track lighting, floor lamps and table lamps, outdoor lighting, light bulbs, LED strips and the power supplies, profiles and components to install them.
We work directly with manufacturers and wholesalers, such as Lucide, Emibig, Fantasia, Spectrum LED, Homelighting, Masterlighting, Nordlux, Linea Verdace and Trio Lighting. Each product lists the details you need to choose: dimensions, lamp base, colour temperature in kelvin, luminous flux in lumens, wattage, dimmability and IP rating.
Who helps you choose?
Franky, our product specialist. He likes to help customers, quickly, and he does it personally: you send him a photo of your room or of the lamp that needs replacing, and he tells you which size, colour temperature or lamp base fits. You can send him a WhatsApp, an email or call him, and anyone who replies to an email from us also reaches him.
Many questions are about the same things: how high a pendant light should hang above the table, whether an LED bulb works on an old dimmer, which IP rating a bathroom needs. For those who want to work it out themselves, there are calculators, such as the lumen calculator.
How does the shop work?
You pay online via Mollie and receive an invoice by email. Many products ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse; that is why each product shows the expected delivery time, and why an order can arrive in more than one parcel. You have a 14-day cooling-off period and a two-year legal guarantee. Exactly how all of this works is explained under shipping, returns and guarantee.
Do you work with lighting for your clients?
For installers, architects, interior fit-out contractors and other professionals there is No Darkness Pro. You register with your VAT number, see net prices with your own discount and can put together catalogues for your clients with your own logo. The rules for this are in the terms for professionals.
