Who helps you?
Franky. He knows the lamps in our shop, from the lamp base to the driver, and he is glad to help. You get Franky on the line, not a phone menu. He looks at your situation with you: which pendant light to hang above a 2-metre table, which LED bulb works on your old dimmer, how many lumens a kitchen needs, whether your recessed spotlight in the bathroom needs to be IP44.
He is also the right person for anything to do with your order, a return or a defect.

What should you include?
- About an order: your order number (it is in your confirmation email).
- For a question about a product: the name or the link of the product and what you want to do with it.
- For a lamp that doesn’t work or flickers: a photo of the label or rating plate, of the light source, and how the lamp is connected: to a dimmer (brand and type), a motion sensor, a separate power supply or an ordinary switch.
- For advice on a room: a photo, the dimensions of the room and the ceiling height, and what goes under the lamp (a table of what length, a worktop, a bed).
