About this light
This motion sensor uses a PIR (passive infrared) sensor and is built for outdoor use. Detection angle is 180°, with a maximum range of 12 metres frontal and 6 metres lateral. Optimal installation height is 2.5 metres.
Sensitivity and lag time are adjustable, from 1 second to 20 minutes. The housing is made of plastic (thermoplastic) and has protection rating IP55, so it withstands water jets. The sensor is suitable for surface mounting and runs on 230V, with a maximum switching capacity of 2300W.
